Who we are

Plano is a coaching app for videographers and photographers, made by Ivo Sousa Martins in Portugal.

What stays on your device

Without an account, everything you add (your kit, lesson progress, shoots, storyboards and reviews) is stored only on your device, in the browser or in the app. Nothing is uploaded.

Clips and photos you review are analysed on your device. Only a small thumbnail and the results are kept, on your device.

If you create an account

You can sign in with Google or with an email link. We then store your email address, your name and profile picture from Google (if you use Google), and the data you choose to sync: kit, progress, settings, shoots and storyboards.

This data is stored with Supabase in the European Union and is used only to sync your devices. Only you can read it. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.

Feedback and statistics

If you send feedback, we receive your message and the page you were on. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Sharing

We never sell your data or use it for advertising. A shoot plan is only shared with someone when you share it yourself.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Use the Feedback button in the app, and we'll reply.
